Meet the artist

Hello! My name is Eleni Chapas. I am Greek-American illustrator and designer based in Kansas City, Kansas who loves to make whimsical narratives through my fun designs and stories for children who have a taste for all things bookish, clever, and creative. I focus on making comedy a forefront in my work because I believe it is important to have a little bit of silliness in our everyday lives. I strive to bring literary worlds to life and wish to get kids invested in literature through my fun illustrations.

As an artist with an additional background in literature due to double-majoring in Illustration and English at the University of Kansas, I want to use my art as a means to bridge these two worlds together!
